Co-ordinate with project professionals- architects, designers and engineers.
Develop and formalized project and construction costs.
Develop a time line schedule strategy to undertake project.
Implement and oversee the day to day scheduling and co-ordination of sub trades and site work to ensure compliance to delivery of project requirements.
Determine Building Owner, Landlord or Strata and Municipal requirements and related approvals and permitting.
Ensure all related project documentation, approvals, permits and inspections are undertaken, secured and in place for occupancy.
